Sascha has been with IMG.LY since day one, first as an engineer building the SDKs, now as COO keeping the whole operation upright. His apprenticeship started early: at 12 he was volunteering on the Gentoo Linux project, maintaining mail and DNS servers and porting the thing to PowerPC, which is a fairly intense way to spend seventh grade. The engineer never really left, he recently rebuilt the company's CRM data pipeline and wired it into Claude Code, apparently for fun. Away from the keyboard: cars, and a gym habit that's been running longer than most of our SDKs.
