Adding Presets

The previous presets configuration key has been removed.

Typefaces
Providing fonts and typefaces. These are now configured as asset sources.

Page Formats
Defining different page formats for the user to choose is now done in the ui configuration

Color Palette
Defining a color palette for the user to choose from is now done in the ui configuration

Templates
Templates can be now be defined using a custom asset source.
