Our flagship product, CreativeEditor SDK, is the infrastructure layer behind template-based design, creative automation, and AI-powered editing across web and mobile.

We're now bringing that technology directly to end users with a new AI-native design tool and looking for someone to help grow it from the ground level.

The Role

We're looking for a generalist growth marketer with a specialization in performance marketing. You're comfortable across the full stack of growth customer research, landing pages, lifecycle but your core strength is running paid campaigns and creating the ads that go into them.

Everyone on our growth team works this way: comfortable everywhere, while being able to go deep in a few areas. You'll also be a builder comfortable using coding agents and AI tools to create dashboards, automate workflows, and solve problems without waiting for engineering.

What You'll Do

  • Talk to customers. Run Jobs-to-be-Done interviews. Extract the language, triggers, and anxieties that drive purchase decisions. Turn insights into positioning and creatives.
  • Plan and execute ad campaigns. Concept, design, write, and ship paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and whatever channel the data points to next. Own creative strategy end-to-end: hooks, scripts, visuals, landing pages.
  • Run growth experiments. Design, implement and measure growth experiments across the funnel. One week you might own a trial activation experiment, the next you're testing new ad creatives based on customer language.
  • Build internal tools. Write scripts, dashboards, and workflows that give you (and the team) leverage. You'll have access to AI coding tools and the freedom to build what you need. For example these are some tools the team has built out in the past few months: ad performance analyzers, reporting pipelines, creative testing frameworks.
  • Use AI as a daily tool. We use AI across the team for creative production, data analysis, copywriting, automation, and research. You should be comfortable doing the same while being aware of the limitations and where to exercise human control and judgment.
  • Own the funnel. From first impression to trial signup to activation. You'll work across paid acquisition, landing pages, onboarding flows, and developer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Experiment-driven mindset. You think in hypotheses and a/b tests, rather than hunchs or opinions. But you take a pragmatic approach emphasizing iteration speed over perfection.
  • Creative chops. You can write compelling ad copy, brief a video, design a landing page, or storyboard an ad concept. You don't wait for a creative team, but work with the tools at your disposal to produce something that is 'good enough'.
  • Builder instinct. You've written code, built automations, or created internal tools to solve your own problems.
  • Customer empathy. You've done qualitative research such as interviews, surveys, or user testing and used it to shape strategy. You love getting at the why behind people's behavior and decisions.
  • Full-stack paid acquisition experience. You've run campaigns on Meta and/or Google with real budgets. You understand bidding, audiences, attribution, and creative testing at a practical level.

Bonus Points

  • Experience marketing developer tools, SDKs, APIs, or creative software
  • Familiarity with PLG (product-led growth) motions
  • Experience with video ad production
  • You've built something from zero, it doesn't matter what, a side project, a newsletter, a community, a youtube channel
